Your job:
Managing and leading the entire integration process for new partners
- As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage and lead the entire integration process for new partners post-sales, including technical onboarding, integration checks, and campaign launches.
- You support our partners with the technical integration and customisation of our products on their web platforms.
- You work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Key Account Management, Product, Engineering and Data to ensure smooth and efficient implementations.
- You diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, offering timely solutions to partners.
- You optimise processes by identifying opportunities to enhance integration quality and performance.
- You stay updated on emerging eCommerce trends and technologies.
Your profile:
Combination of technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills
- You have a strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and integration processes.
- You bring expertise in APIs, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and system integrations.
- You are familiar with affiliate marketing and advertising platforms.
- You convince with excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You consider yourself as self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
