YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will accompany our employees with dedication throughout their entire employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding.
- As a trusted contact person, you will assist employees and managers - both nationally and internationally - with all personnel-related questions and concerns.
- You are responsible for maintaining and updating personnel files, preparing contract amendments, and ensuring that administrative HR processes run smoothly.
- As the central point of contact, you will coordinate collaboration with external service providers, e.g., in preparing payroll accounting at the national and international level.
- You will support the departments throughout the entire recruiting process -from creating job profiles and active sourcing to signing contracts.
- You create and maintain HR guidelines and ensure that our HR policies are implemented consistently.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have solid HR experience, especially in the areas of recruiting, HR operations -preferably from a dynamic environment such as a startup or private equity.
- You already have experience in UK payroll and ideally also in other European countries such as Germany, Spain, Italy or France.
- You have a degree or comparable training in human resources.
- With your empathetic and open manner, you effortlessly succeed in building trusting relationships.
- You maintain an overview even when working on several tasks simultaneously and impress with your strong organizational skills and meticulous approach to your work.
- Language skills in German, Italian, Spanish or French are a plus
