YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide partners from go-live to sustainable, long-term growth
- Ensure a fast, smooth and hassle-free onboarding and launch
- Set up, optimize and monitor campaigns to deliver measurable results
- Analyze performance and provide clear, actionable advice as a trusted advisor
- Build strong, long-term partner relationships through regular contact
- Collaborate daily with international teams and identify relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities
YOUR PROFILE
- 3-4+ years of experience in a similar role (Partnership Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or comparable commercial role)
- Native Dutch and professional English (written and spoken)
- Strong commercial mindset: you identify opportunities quickly and act on them
- Affinity with online marketing and performance‑driven business models (nice to have)
- Proactive and well‑structured, comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑paced, international environment
- Based in Amsterdam, with availability to work from the office at least two days per week
